Do I need to provide my own supplies?

Nope! Here at The Perfectionists Cleaning Co. we provide everything that will be needed to complete your cleaning service. There is no extra hassle for you, and we ensure to clean supplies between each house.

What if I am unsure of how much time I need to schedule for a service?

Feel free to contact us to get a free estimate on how much time we think a service will take based on the description that you provide us. Typically we recommend allotting 1 hour per room for a regularly up-kept space for a traditional clean.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

No worries! Our perfectionists understand that life can be unpredictable and there may be times that you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We ask that you contact us a minimum of 72 hours before your cleaning service to make your changes. If you need to make changes less than 42 hours before your appointment, we will keep the scheduling deposit, but don’t worry, you can still reschedule if needed!

How will I know that I will be satisfied with the service provided?

Because we are a service per-hour framework, we may not be able to get through everything that you want done in the time you have scheduled, but we do want to ensure that the work we are able to do is done to your satisfaction. Before leaving, our perfectionist professional will walk through the spaces they serviced for you to ensure they are to your satisfaction. If you do not feel that what was completed was done to the agreed standards, we will schedule a time to come back and re-clean those spaces to your satisfaction free of charge!

What if I want to schedule an extra clean?

You can schedule as many cleanings or other services as you’d like! Just go to our schedule page or call or text (703)547-7334 to make an additional appointment.

What do I do with my pets during my cleaning service?

At The Perfectionists Cleaning Co. we welcome all pets and understand that they are family! We ask that you do not have pets in the space that we are currently working in, but they are welcome to wander about elsewhere! If your pets are aggressive or have shown aggression before, we do ask that you put them up for the safety of our employees.
